I have found a way of achieving my goal on plesk firewall. For any one else reading this.. I just added the IP ranges in the firewall and deny on port 25. Deny incoming from 50.2.141.0/24, 66.199.254.0/24, 69.51.2.0/24 on port 25/tcp But I still think you should add this functionality to magic spam !

I have enabled it now. I used to have it enabled but it caught legitimate emails as well.
I would still love to be able to block all addresses in a range.
for example 69.51.2.0/24.
Every ip on this range is spammer. Yet they pass all the default spam checks.
