Initial impression is that the problems are fixed. Good work, folks. Thanks.
Will report back here if I see any further trouble.

Re: This module is only available to the server administrato
I got he same error as btoplak, but it happened to me while logged in as admin, while I was trying to resolve MagicSpam PRO customer access issues (submitted another post on that just now). Logging out and logging back in was the only way I could regain access to the Extension. Version: MagicSpam PR...

MagicSpam PRO problems
Not new to MagicSpam, but new to the PRO version. I'm having issues trying to get the Plesk 12 customer control panel interface to respect the subscription settings that should allow access to the PRO features for a domain. I have a customer with 4 subscriptions, with 4 domains, 2 aliases, and 2 sub...

Re: Blacklisting range of IP addresses
Thanks once again for the comprehensive reply. Re: Blacklisting range of IP addresses
Thanks for the supportive reply. I'm already using all of your best practice rules defaults, as well as "Block Mail Servers reported as Spam Source". Unfortunately, too much legitimate email would fail the "Confirm Server Identification Resolves (HELO)". Here's a log excerpt from...

Blacklisting range of IP addresses
The biggest spam problem I have that Magicspam doesn't address is spam coming from large groups of Class B or Class C addresses before they end up in someone's anti-spam list. For example, in a period of 45 minutes, one of my users received spam from the following IP addresses: 198.23.145.214 198.23...

MagicSpam is outstanding
Been running MagicSpam for a few days now, and I wanted to relay how impressed I am. Very easy module install on Plesk. Love the logical, accessible design of the module's control panel, and most of all, how much spam this tool is knocking out before it reaches my mail server. Excellent piece of sof...
