After creating the directory, we are getting the error "451 (qmail-spp failure: plugins/magicspam-plesk: child crashed (#4.3.0)."; but there is no crash dumps inside that directory. Please help.

We have created the directory /var/cores/magicspam and set the permissions accordingly but we are not getting any crash dumps inside that directory. Please suggest. We have even restarted the server but without any luck.
