MagicSpam not working with Plesk and MailEnable

Post by figadmin » Tue Jul 19, 2011 8:00 am

I just installed MagicSpam on our Plesk installation with MailEnable. It says that protection is enabled but I am seeing no statistics on the MagicSpam Administration dashboard.

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us, I was wondering if you would be able to tell us did you purchase MagicSpam through Parallel Plesk or through our Website?

Thanks for posting!

Thank you for posting. We have forwarded this information to our developers for review. Could you please let us know what version of MailEnable is currently installed with your Plesk installation?

Thanks!

hostigal am, but I lost the key and register again, I'm with plesk 9.5 and with MailEnable 4.26. I've been days trying to urge me to answer, I have my paid leave, but not working.

Please be aware that the primary issue related to this specific version of MailEnable (which happens to ship with Plesk 9.5.x for Windows when running on 64 bit windows) has been found.

We are in the process of preparing a resolution to this and hope to have this available before the end of day Friday, July 29th, 2011.

Thank you for your patience.

A little later than expected, but we have a 'test' package ready for download that should address the issue in question.

For those interested in receiving the early release of this installer (NOTE: this does not add any additional functionality - just fixes the MailEnable 4.26 64 bit compatibility issue) please contact us directly at:

support [at] magicspam [dot] com

And we will be happy to provide you with a link.

Thanks, and thank you for your patience while this was resolved.
