I installed the plugin for testing purposes but nothing is happening; In DA the plugin says its enabled but shows nothing in the stats.
No logs are generated also.
This was the install:
[root@linux24 admin]# rpm -i magicspampro-directadmin-2.1-8.1-cloud764.x86_64.rpm
Found system id... preserving
sed: expression #1, sign 64: unknown options with s-command
sed: cannot /etc/sed4HzEpG rename: not allowed
sed: cannot /etc/sedSckzcJ rename: not allowed
Redirecting to /bin/systemctl restart exim.service
================================
Installation complete! Your next
step is to point a web browser to
your DirectAdmin interface and
launch MagicSpam to configure!

Re: Directadmin install but magicspam is not working
Hello nieuwhier,
Thank you for your post.
We are sorry to hear you ran into an issue with MagicSpam and we will work with you to have this resolved.
To start the troubleshooting process, could you please let us know if the MagicSpam Protection Status under Settings -> System currently disabled? If you click 'Disable Protection' followed by 'Enable Protection', is there an error message?
Please provide a screenshot of your MagicSpam Dashboard page and any error messages.
In addition, could you fill us in on these details about your platform:
- Operating System and Version
- Operating System Architecture (32 bit or 64 bit)
- Plesk, cPanel, MailEnable or Zimbra
- MTA (Qmail, Postfix, Exim)
Thank you nieuwhier.
