I have a problem with statistics. I do not see the amount of received messages or generated graphs. The problem appeared after the first month of subscription renewal.

There is a any other way to get help than this forum? I would expect a bit better contact for $ 13 a month

To better assist you with this issue, could you please let us know what if there was any recent changes or updates to your system of DirectAdmin and what is the current version of DirectAdmin in your system? Also, could you please confirm that MagicSpam is generating fresh logs from the Logs section in MagicSpam admin interface panel?
