.Doc Macro protection

Hello
Now days , a ton of SPAM and Viruses are coming hidden in .doc and .docx files.
Is there a way to tell Magic Spam to block those emails that contains a .doc or .docx file with macro?

MagicSpam is unable to block or allow emails based on attachments because MagicSpam does not perform content-filtering for its anti-spam functions. MagicSpam reduces load on your server by blocking messages directly in the SMTP layer based on IP reputation and SMTP best practices (You can choose which lists and rules to implement).
To protect your users from such viruses that are coming hidden in .doc and .docx files emails, you can implement additional anti-virus checks in your sever. Blocking or allowing certain attachments can also be done by the anti-virus software or SpamAssassin.
