We have MagicSpam Pro for WHMCS/cPanel

Everything has been running fine except overnight all user white/blacklists have disappeared under all cPanel accounts with MagicSpam enabled.

All other MagicSpam global/user settings on the server remain the same and it appears to be functioning perfectly as they have for the past year or so since install

Has anyone else had this problem? Or any idea of what may have caused it?

Normally, MagicSpam retains all the settings, including whitelists, through upgrades or re-installation. To help us identify the root cause and provide you with instructions for how to recover the lost whitelist information, would you be able to provide us the following information:

-What OS/Distribution is your server runnning?
-What Architecture (32-bit / 64-bit) is your server running?
-What version of MagicSpam do you have running?
-What version of WHM/cPanel are you running MagicSpam on?
-Did you perform an upgrade? If so, what steps did you take to perform the upgrade? (and from which version to which version of MagicSpam)

We will definitely add this to our forums, once the problem is resolved. Please let us know with the information above, and we will look into this further.
