Althoug we select OFF in user's cpanel, they are still unable to get some mails which are blocked by magicspam.
Isnt it possible to disable magicspam for single users who dont want any spam protection.

Re: disabling Magicspam completely for single user
Hello don_camillo,
Thank you for your question!
In this case the global rules set at the WHM level are coming into effect. The policies set at this global level will effect all mail delivery server-wide.
If you want to ensure MagicSpam does not impede the delivery of messages your customer's domain, you will want to add their domain to the "Mailboxes with Protection Disabled" list in the WHM MagicSpam interface.
Some of our customers choose to disable WHM level scanning altogether and rely on customer settings in their cPanel interface. We don't recommend this though because often times your customers are not aware which rules would suit them best and they can either have spam problems or problems by blocking legitimate mail! Using our default recommended rules, with MagicSpam's default setup is going to keep your support to a minimum and reduce pain points all around. If you are still interested in doing this though, please see this forum post.
Thanks!

So why we have an ON/OFF section on each user's Cpanel?
What means OFF?
What means OFF?

Hello don_camillo,
Thanks for your reply. This is simply another feature to provide more flexibility to your customers. Although there are numerous practice cases, one example might be if your customer wants reduced protection for one specific domain, but not for their other domains. In this case, if they disable cPanel level MagicSpam protection for their domain, they still get the very base anti-spam rules which are set globally, but not their other more strict rules.
As mentioned in the previous post, if your customer has a domain they want to have absolutely no protection on, you can simply add their domain to the "Mailboxes with Protection Disabled" list in the WHM MagicSpam Interface.
Thanks,
