I have a user that is sending emails and is getting an error:

Details
Email could not be sent

Error Code -17099

Any ideas what this could be?

The "Error Code -17099" is related to Outlook and is usually indication of authentication or other issues.

While this issue does not look to be directly caused by MagicSpam, please provide us authentication or mail logs for this customer's email transaction and we might be able to provide you more information.
