MagicSpam isn't working

The Dashboard isn't updating the graph and we are also getting a ton of spams. I tried to to uninstall MagicSpam for the purpose of reinstalling it, however, Cpanel did not find it. Any possible solution is appreciated.

We are sorry to hear you ran into an issue with MagicSpam and we will work with you to have this resolved.

To start the troubleshooting process, could you please let us know if the MagicSpam Protection Status under Settings -> System currently disabled? If you click 'Disable Protection' followed by 'Enable Protection', is there an error message?

Please provide a screenshot of your MagicSpam Dashboard page and any error messages.

In addition, could you fill us in on these details about your platform:

- MagicSpam Version

- Operating System and Version

- Operating System Architecture (32 bit or 64 bit)

- WHM/cPanel Version

- MTA (Qmail, Postfix, Exim)

Lastly can you please let us know if there is any error messages when you try to uninstall MagicSpam PRO using:

rpm -e magicspampro-cpanel

- No error messages when I go from disable protection to enable protection.
MagicSpam Pro Version: 2.1
CLOUDLINUX 6.9 [Web]
64 bit Architecture
Version 78.0.12
Exim
No errors during uninstall (It is now uninstalled)

Not that the MagicSpam has been uninstalled, please reinstall it using the latest available MagicSpam version for your system from our download site:

https://www.magicspam.com/download/

Once you have reinstalled, please let us know if the issue is resolved or if you need any further assistance.
