Magic Spam was blocking MOST of the connections

For the last 24 hours Magic Spam was blocking MOST of the connections from external networks, so it could also be a source of the email failures your clients reported. 550 error means, it just rejects the email with error code 550.
Why was this happening?

To help troubleshoot this issue, could you please provide log files or screenshots from MagicSpam and/or your mail server during this period?
Also, let us know a little bit more about your system so that we can better answer your question:
Operating System
Platform (Plesk, cPanel, etc.)
MTA (Postfix, Exim, Qmail, etc.)
MagicSpam version

Looking at the logs that you provided, the rejections appear to be legitimate to us.
Could you please point out a few examples where deliveries were blocked
that should not have been.
