We just renewed our magicspam subscription for a year. When I enter the code, I get

License Key does not match for this product
Your license key is currently expired. You can try re-entering your key to check for updates or enter a new key in the form below

I was going to try uninstalling and re-installing it, but I can't find an RPM package for magicspam to remove.

The RPM query returns:
rpm -ql magic*
package magicspampro-cpanel-2.1-5.3-cloud664-cpnl11.x86_64.rpm is not installed

How can we get our copy of magicspam working?

From your post we understand that you recently renewed your license for MagicSpam; however, you get the notification:
"License Key does not match for this product".

It is very likely that you have purchased the license for the MagicSpam standard version and not the Pro version as you have indicated in your previous post.

However, in order to further assist you with this issue, please send us the following information to our MagicSpam support email:

support@magicspam.com

- Operating System and Version
- Operating System Architecture (32 bit or 64 bit)
- Plesk, cPanel, MailEnable or Zimbra
- MTA (Qmail, Postfix, Exim)
- MagicSpam license key
