I am planning to purshase MagicSpam basic edition. Does MagicSpam basic edition (or pro one) blocks outgoing spams ?

Thank you for the post.

All MagicSpam versions do not provide anti-spam protection on outgoing
emails.

MagicSpam PRO does however have a function to provide outbound
rate-limiter support to provide some protection against compromised
accounts in your server sending out too many spam messages. By blocking
these compromised users from sending large amount of spam messages, it would
give you sometime to investigate and address the issue, which will help maintain
the IP reputation of your server.
