volume of spam vs ham

Post by dadeitch » Tue Nov 18, 2014 8:09 am

over the last 5 months, the volume of ham has increased while spam has decreased. My customers have all stated a general increase in spam allowed in as ham. No settings have been changed, but the logs show even amounts of spam to ham, or ham even has higher numbers than spam. After some issues were resolved with this forum, the caught spam levels were significantly higher (as I would expect them to be ... most spam systems catch/tag/drop 75-85% of incoming email). That tapered off and now, in the last couple months, my spam levels have been even or below ham levels.

Thanks

due to another support issue, I'm not even processing any emails right now. I'll post on this once the other issue is resolved.
