Hi!

Is there a way to release an email that was incorrectly considered to be spam?
Is there a function so that we can mark it as not spam and the client automatically receive the same email that was blocked?

Thank you

Hello Janjacomo,

MagicSpam does not have the ability to release an email which has been rejected, i.e. triggers a spam policy or reputation list which has been set to ON. You can set the spam policies and reputation lists to FLAG, so that false positives are still delivered to the spam folder of your clients. Your clients can then add a whitelist entry so that future emails from these legitimate senders are not flagged as spam and delivered to their inbox.

We take false positives very seriously, so please contact us via our support address (support@magicspam.com) to resolve the issue. If you could provide us with more information about the false positives, we may be able to provide you with suggestions on configuring MagicSpam.

In order to better assist you, could you please send us the MagicSpam logs associated with the false positives. To retrieve the MagicSpam logs, you can use the MagicSpam interface and access the "Logs" tab. Filter the log search results by the following.

Code: Select all

    Filter by: Detected as Spam
          Mua: No
        Limit: Unlimited (uncheck)
In the log search result output, you have the option to export/save the log search results to a CSV file. Please make sure to remove entries that are not false positives from the CSV file and email the CSV file as an attachment to us.

Also, can you please send us screenshots of the following two tabs in your MagicSpam control panel:

Code: Select all

    * Anti-Spam / Spam Policies
    * Anti-Spam / IP Reputation
Thank you!
