QUARANTINE Not Sending to Spam Folder

Good Morning,

We have item 41 set to quarantine, but it's not sending it to spam.
Deliver to Spam folder: Checked Yes

If not the spam folder, where would they go within a WHM/cPanel default install environment?

Thank you for your post.

By default, messages marked as quarantine in MagicSpam are passed to the customer's Inbox, based on the settings in the:

Anti-Spam / System / 'Options' / "Advanced Options"

section in MagicSpam admin-interface panel.

If these messages are not delivered to the Spam folder after the "Deliver to Spam folder: " option is checked, could you please provide us the output of the following commands as 'root':

grep magicspam_.*_spam /etc/exim.conf
grep magicspam_.*_spam /etc/exim.conf.local
