What is Difference between MagicSpam and MagicSpam PRO
Does MagicSpam PRO sends quarantine reports to users?

As for your second question, MagicSpam does not use quarantine in the literal sense; if a message is flagged for quarantine it will be sent to the customer's Spam folder (or to their Inbox with the rewritten subject line) depending on the set configuration.
