MagicSpam PRO for cPanel 2.1-16.1 and MagicSpam LITE for cPanel 2.0.11-1 have been released

Dear MagicSpam Customers,

We are pleased to announce that the MagicSpam PRO for cPanel 2.1-16.1 and MagicSpam LITE for cPanel 2.0.11-1 releases are now available.

MagicSpam PRO for cPanel 2.1-16.1
  • New Feature: Connection Stage Authentication Checks
  • New Feature: Port Number and Encryption Status (TLS) Log Data
  • Update: One-click Enable and Disable All Packages
  • Update: Log Search Hostname and Port Number Filters
  • Update: Improved usability of Log Search Log Type Filter
  • Update: Improved stability of MagicSpam Daemon
  • Bug Fix: Fixed missing translations in MagicSpam Interface
  • Bug Fix: Fixed issue with MagicSpam Updater Notification Emails

MagicSpam LITE for cPanel 2.0.11-1
  • New Feature: Port Number and Encryption Status (TLS) Log Data
  • Update: Log Search Hostname and Port Number Filters
  • Update: Improved usability of Log Search Log Type Filter
  • Update: Improved stability of MagicSpam Daemon
  • Bug Fix: Fixed missing translations in MagicSpam Interface
  • Bug Fix: Fixed issue with MagicSpam Updater Notification Emails

To upgrade, you can either use the 'Upgrade Now' button at the bottom of the alerts message in your MagicSpam admin interface panel or run the following command (as root):

Code: Select all

/usr/share/magicspam/bin/package-updater -o -a
You also have the option to install or manually upgrade MagicSpam by following these steps:
  1. Download the package from the Download Site
  2. Upload the package onto your server
  3. Log in as root to a terminal on your server
  4. Install the package by running the command

    Code: Select all

    rpm -Uvh /path/to/package
    

Rest assured that all your MagicSpam configurations will be preserved after the upgrade.
