We have been using Magicspam on our Plesk servers for quite some time and are happy with the performance of this antispam solution. There is this one issue of not being able to provide our clients with an interface to enable them to whitelist and blacklist only their list of email ids through the Plesk panel without them having access to any other magicspam setting and also not being able to view the whitelists/blacklists for other domain owners.
Is there a workaround to this issue as we spend a large chunk of our time in whitelisting/blacklisting email ids on Magicspam, which we would like to avoid?
Thanks,

Re: Interface for clients to manage whitelists/blacklists
Hello and thank you for your post!
Our development team is actually working on a new branch of MagicSpam that is planned to integrate higher levels of gradation - up to and including user level / domain level rule sets and exemption lists. Early estimate for release to the Plesk product line is some time in September.
Thank you for your continued business, and we hope that the upcoming changes will be beneficial to all in the fight against spam!

Re: Interface for clients to manage whitelists/blacklists
Is this new branch of magic something that will plug into Plesk as the module method is obsolete as Plesk seem to going down the SDK route as per the new kapersky implementation
Re: Interface for clients to manage whitelists/blacklists
We are in the middle of discussing this with the Parallels development team. Bearing in mind as well that MagicSpam also needs to achieve backwards compatibility for earlier versions of Plesk Panel that do not necessarily support the same integration methods this will require some higher level discussions and scoping between both development teams.
Re: Interface for clients to manage whitelists/blacklists
I am very much interested in giving our clients/users access to see their own stats and/or update their own while lists -
are there some news on when this kind of access will become available for Plesk Panel 10 users ?

Thanks for your post Rita!
Our development team is in the early phases of preparing a release to offer the capability for 'per customer' controls, white lists, stats, and logging as you have mentioned. This is expected to be released as the MagicSpam for Plesk 'Professional' Edition.
Presently, the first of the professional edition series has been released for WHM/cPanel, and we expect that the necessary technology ports to offer the same functionality for Parallels Plesk will be available by March of this year.
