After getting maybe 60% success on MagicSpam, I have enabled this option.
Are we in danger of losing good messages?
It seems to have upped the odds.
Peace,

the rule 'Block mail servers reported as spam source' is a collated selection of server matches based on reports sent in through 'human' reporting, as well as some automated systems. The base premise of being 'listed' within this subset is that there are multiple incidents reported and evidence that the source is being used for active delivery of unsolicited email.
This stated, this is normally a rule we reserve for 'stricter' settings of spam identification - so the short answer is 'yes' , there is a potential danger of introducing false positives with this on (though not a high one) for cases where a sender may have unintentionally been a spam source (compromised accounts, 'hack' jobs etc).
