MagicSpam not working on AlmaLinux / Plesk

Hi, i just buy the license and is not working at all on AlmaLinux, in fact it does on Ubuntu,
please can you help

Sorry for the late response but would you be able to confirm whether MagicSpam LITE for Plesk is working on your AlmaLinux system. If not, would you please let us know which version of AlmaLinux you are running. Also, please let us know whether there are any error messages or other observations that indicated that MagicSpam is not working.
