Update To Plesk Obsidian 18 - Magic Spam Log Search Now SLOW...

I recently updated Plesk Obsidian on my server from 17.x to the latest 18.0.21 Update #5. Now when I run MagicSpam (2.0.18-1 Free Edition) Log Searches they run very, very, very slow. I usually have to set the limit to a max of 150 otherwise it will timeout. I upped Nginx & PHP timeout settings to 5 minutes. Previously the log searches were almost instant.

My logs are really small, it doesn't get a ton of mail traffic: Total size (Log / Stats):372.26 KiB (359.82 KiB / 12.44 KiB)
Load level on the server is always very low too, and the drive is SSD.

Not sure what is getting hung up. I removed / re-installed MagicSpam (took a little searching to find the .zip to upload), but that didn't help. The only change really is Plesk 18 bumped up the panel interface to use PHP 7.3 (previously 7.1)...

Any help would be appreciated...
