Hello,
I've just buy MagicSpam for Plesk, and I was trying to install it in my server.
When I try to install through Modules, it says nothing and send me back to my modules list without installing MagicSpam.
I'm using Postfix. Should it be compatible? Why it isn't installing?
Thanks,
Luis

I am using Ubuntu 8.10
This is very urgent as thousands of our clients are recieving hundreds of emails a day each.

Hello,
I've just installed MS for Plesk Postfix, but it's not working. I have no TCP connections neither log files.
How can I check if it's working or not?
Thanks,
Luis

Could you please confirm a couple things for us?
Are you running a 64bit version of Debian Etch?
Could you check to make sure magicspam-milter is running? (you can run 'ps fax | grep magicspam-milter' from a terminal)
Can you run the following command? /etc/init.d/magicspam-milter restart
What is in the contents of /etc/magicspam/enabled?
What is in the contents of /etc/debian_version?
Also, you may want to consider upgrading to Plesk 9.2 as there are a few bugs with version 9.0.1 which we have noticed.
Thanks!

Hello,
After re-install with the new version, is working OK. But statistics doesn't show any numbers:
Total number of RCPT's received 0
Number of RCPT's rejected as spam 0
Number of RCPT's exempt from spam checks 0
The last 50 log entries shows ok.
Thanks
