Thank you for your post Hans.

MagicSpam integrates at the SMTP layer of your email system, not the delivery layer. As such - no there is no quarantine (though we do have an active feature request for Message Tagging that is planned for future releases of MagicSpam). A blocked message is rejected with a 550 code and verbose message when a rule is triggered. The connecting server is then responsible for delivering a NDR (Non Delivery Report) to the sender.

We hope this information helps.

Understood Hans.

Are there particular rules that are triggering? This should be in your MagicSpam logs viewable through the administration interface. The default rules enabled are sets that we have found to be a decent combination balance, but we do appreciate that circumstances may be different in varying locales.

Please note that there is an active feature slated for later this year to integrate 'Message Tagging' for a pseudo-quarantine system.
