MagicSpam integrates at the SMTP layer of your email system, not the delivery layer. As such - no there is no quarantine (though we do have an active feature request for Message Tagging that is planned for future releases of MagicSpam). A blocked message is rejected with a 550 code and verbose message when a rule is triggered. The connecting server is then responsible for delivering a NDR (Non Delivery Report) to the sender.
