I have installed MagicSpam for Plesk v1.0.4-4.2 in my Plesk v9.2.3 CentOS 5 Qmail.

Hello Caos,

Thanks for contacting us! Could you please confirm that your MagicSpam installation is currently enabled? You should be able to see whether the system is enabled or not by looking at the MagicSpam 'dashboard' page.

Sorry for the delays - our offices are currently closed for the holidays. You will have to email our sales team about an extension on your license (sales@linuxmagic.com).

If the statistics are not showing any RCPT's coming in, then something was incorrectly initialized somewhere in the installation process.

Which package did you download from our download site?
How was this package installed? Through the interface?
Have you tried disabling, then re-enabling the software?
If you run a telnet session to port 25 on your server, do you see a MagicSpam banner?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software?
What does the following command output when run in the console:

/usr/share/magicspam/bin/license_manager state ; echo $?

Thanks
