Magicspam problem

Hello guys, i got problems with magic spam, when i´m receiving emails from some server i´m getting message like this.

This is happening to receiving message for more than 5 server, what is this? how fix? Today i got problem with my datacenter that was billing me my server and i didn´t receive their emails, they needed to call me and ask me why i didn´t anwserd the emails.

Please help me

i´m using Plesk 9.5.2 and MagicSpam 1.0.4-8 for Plesk with Postfix

Could you please create the following directory and set the permissions to 777?

/var/log/magicspam/postfix

The next time this occurs, new directories and a file should be created under the postfix directory in:

/var/log/magicspam/postfix/<pid number>/core/<file>

Please send the file to us and we will investigate the issue.

Hello, the directory /var/log/magicspam/postfix already existed, but is not setted with the 777 permission, so i set it to 777, then i done again the problem, i send from one of my server to this one, and i got the following message again:

and in the /var/log/magicspam/postfix i only have a file "core.26029", there is not a directory with the pid number/core/<file>

do you want this "core.26029"?? Please help me.

Ok, how asked, i did right now, i sent the email with the core.26029 file, now i´ll wait the fix, thanks so much

i received the email yesterday on the end of my job´s day, i only could test today, i install and test, aparently works, i´m looking my logs to see if i got any other warning/error/segfault.
