Mailenable not working

Hello:

I just purchased your product and have installed it on our mail server. I'm running Enterprise 3.63. After enabling MagicSpam and I try to send an email to myself, I get a return as undeliverable which says 503 Bad sequence of commands. With MagicSpam enabled, all inbound mail is rejected. The logs are not recording. Please advise on what the issue could be. I do have filtering systems in place as well but I don't think that is the issue. When your product is disabled, everything functions again.

I can telnet into the mail server fine. The message I get is below.

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

In order to get a better understanding of the setup you have, please provide the following additional details:

1) Operating System, version and 32/64 bit
2) MagicSpam version

With this additional information, we can set up a similar environment to run some testing.

Hello:

Operating System is 32 bit Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition

Using the latest version of the magicspam version 1.0.4-7

When I display my Mailenable SMTP logs, I can see the server contact the emails make but right after establishing contact, the 503 Bad Sequence of comands happen and happens for every email coming into the system.

If you want me to email you a snip, I can.
