This particular email (and several others) would have been stopped if you had the following rule enabled:
Block Mail Servers on Dynamic/Dial-up Addresses
(rule name: check_dynamic_reverse_dns)
This rule checks the reverse DNS of the connecting IP address to see if it matches with our database of dynamic-style hostnames. These dynamic-style hostnames should be PC's which should *not* be sending email (they should be sending through their email providers server). If they are sending email out, it is very likely that their computer has been infected with a virus or something similar.
