Could you please check the permissions on the following file on your server? /etc/magicspam/control/bms.enabled This should be owned by user and group psaadm. If the permissions are correct, could you run the following command on your server and send us the results? /usr/share/magicspam/bin/register...

In order to assist you in debugging this issue, could you please provide the version of your operating system, plesk and confirm the version of MagicSpam for Plesk you have installed. We have had some previous problems with viewing the logs in the interface, however they should be addressed. If ther...
