I was able to resolve the issue.
After issuing these commands the log files are now written and visible in the Plesk dashboard for extension MagicSpam:
/opt/psa/admin/sbin/modules/magicspam/register -i
/opt/psa/admin/sbin/modules/magicspam/register -a

Hello Support team,
Sorry for the late reply. The directory /var/log/magicspam is empty, same for the MagicSpam logs folder.
When I disable and reenable the MagicSpam extension there is no error message.

Hello Support team, I'm running Magicpro for Plesk on serveral servers, but for one server I just found out, that there are no log files being written. I'm using Version 2.0.18-1 on Plesk 17.8.11 under Debian 8.11
