Can I examine the message that have been detected as spam?

By default, MagicSpam rejects all detected spam messages; therefore, there is no function to browse and analyze detected spam messages.

However, the new, 'FLAG' feature has been implemented in the MagicSpam PRO version, which is at the moment only available for WHM/cPanel and Plesk, as well as in MagicSpam PLUS versions for MailEnable and Zimbra.


The 'FLAG' feature allows spam messages to be flagged, depending on your MagicSpam settings, and then sent to the pre-determined quarantine folder, where customers can review them or add exceptions.

This allows more flexibility to your customers where they can check messages reported as spam, from where they can analyze them and whitelist them as needed.
