Hello, as I said in previous posts, the statistics still do not work. I also find it not very elegant that my posts on the status of the resolution of the problem are not accepted by the moderator and therefore not seen. who knows if this post will be published. more than a month ago you wrote that you would have corrected the problem with the release of the new release the following week, (never happened) then you told me to try to cacellare the log folders but as long as that does not work. Now the question is when will this problem be solved? Thank you.

Hello Rambaldi,

Thank you for the follow up. We are sorry that the statistics display
issue continues with your MagicSpam installation in your MailEnable
server.

From what you have described , we understand that your "Statistics" are
not showing up for the last 24 hours.

This could be a issue of a "Time Zone Mismatch".

Would you be able to send us a copy of the file:

c:\magicspam\conf\php.ini

Would you also be able to send us the listing of directory:

c:\magicspam\log\

Also, please provide us the timezone setting in the desktop computer
used to access the MagicSpam interface.

Please let us know if you have any questions in the meantime.

Hello Rambaldi,

Thank you again for reporting this issue with us.

In order to resolve this issue. please update the "c:\magicspam\conf\php.ini" file in your server as follows:

Find and update the line:
