Hello,

I noticed that on several Plesk servers MagicSpam Pro continue to block/mark as spam messages from IP Reputation lists even if those lists are in disabled status - SPAM[block_list (41)]

My server:
‪OS ‪CloudLinux Server 6.9
Product Plesk Onyx, Version 17.5.3 Update #43
MagicSpam Pro Version: 2.1-8

Please help!

Hello refresh,

Thank you for your post and your question.

Please note that in MagicSpam PRO version, your customers have their own per user spam settings available through MagicSpam user interface panel.

In this case we suspect that the SPAM[block_list (41)] - MIPSpace-Poor BMS list is still enabled in the customer's own MagicSpam user interface panel settings.

You can instruct the customer to disable this policy, enable it in "FLAG" mode or simply sync this policy as per per global level for all your customers from:

Settings / User Settings

tab in your MagicSpam admin interface panel.

We hope this information helps.

Feel free to let us know if you have any further questions or updates.

Hi, thanks for update.
Sorry I didn’t mention it in the 1st post, but we have disabled lists (for example block_list (41)) in global Plugin Settings, but it still blocks messages by following disabled list.

Hello refresh,

You are very welcome.

As we explained in the previous post, please sync this policy (SPAM[block_list (41)] - MIPSpace-Poor) from:

Settings / User Settings

tab in your MagicSpam admin interface panel, in either "OFF" - to fully disable it from your customer's personal spam settings, or in "FLAG" mode to allow messages to be marked as spam but passed to customers for review and exclusion if needed.

Alternatively, please instruct your customers to disable this policy from their own MagicSpam user interface panel or to whitelist the sender to allow emails to their Spam folder.

We hope this information helps.
