Module feDashboard not found

Hi,

Recently installed MagicSpam Pro on Plesk 12.5. All working well until i migrated a domain/subscription over from my old server (running Plesk 12.0.18). On all the other subscriptions (Plesk 12.5 server), the MagicSpam Pro dashboard appears when visited via the MagicSpam Pro Protection link under Websites & Domains. When i visit the same link under the newly migrated domain, i get the error message "Module feDashboard not found".

Can anyone please help with this issue?

Hi MagicSpam,

We used the Plesk migration manager tool installed using the Plesk installer to port the domain across. Out of curiosity, does PHP need to be active on the domain for the module to display?

Thank you for the update.

To answer your question, no, PHP does not need to be active for the module to display.

Could you please verify a few things for us:
Was the subscription that you migrated over granted an 'admin' role?

If you login to Plesk as the customer, does the MagicSpam interface show?

Do you have a directory on your server corresponding to the customer:
/var/cache/magicspampro/users/<user name>

Could you also try switching the domain to a service plan that does not include MagicSpam and then back again?

Sorry for the late reply.

In regards to your queries;

1) The migrated subscription was assigned to no customer but was a subscriptions made using the panel owner. The first domain we created using the panel (on setup also doesn't show the dashboard under that particular subscription).

2) If we create the subscription as a new subscription (and customer) on the server without Migration, the dashboard shows fine under that customer/users particular subscription.

3) On the subscriptions that show the above error, no folder was found under that file path. Only the customers we created.

4) We tried switch service plans of the migrated subscription with no luck.

Thank you for the additional information.
It's very helpful to us when we try to narrow down the root cause of issues like these.

We believe there is an issue where the subscription is owned by the 'admin' user.
Our development team are currently working on a fix for this problem, which should be ready within a week or so.
We will update this post once the new version is available for download.

Please be aware that as this is a BETA release, the software is not guaranteed to work out of the box.
Our developers have done their best to get the software to what they believe is a working state, but your mileage may vary.

If you do choose to upgrade your MagicSpam PRO package, please let us know if your issue has been resolved.

Note that you may need to click the 'Sync' button on the Packages page after updating.
