Considering that we have already resolved your issue through email support, we will post the resolution for this issue for other customers who may have the same issue.
It is most likely that something during the installation failed to generate the machine ID for your installation.
The command that resolved this issue was as follows:
uuidgen > /etc/magicspam/.shadow
