mark Spam as good

Can spam be marked as good by the client so it isn't flagged anymore as spam?

Hello dcol,

Thank you for your post.

In MagicSpam for MailEnable you have the option to whitelist any senders by the IP or email address, however, whitlisting is only available through the MagicSpam admin interface panel.

However, in MagicSpam PLUS version for MailEnable there is an advanced FLAG option that allows you to set any policies in flag mode, which will only mark detected spam messages as spam and delivered them to the customer's quarantine/spam folder, where they can be reviewed and excluded if needed.
