Hello pelo,
Thank you for your post.
To be able to better assist you with this issue, could you please fill us in about the following information about your platform:
- Operating System and Version
- Operating System Architecture (32 bit or 64 bit)
- Plesk version

Can you please let us know is the MagicSpam Protection Status under Settings -> System currently disabled? If you click 'Enable Protection', is there an error message?

Hello webartmaster,
Thank you for your post.
In order to start troubleshooting this issue, could you please provide us the entries of the following files:
/var/qmail/control/smtpplugins
and
/var/log/maillog
Also please let us know if you have SELinux or CageFS on your system? In order to test if the SELinux or CageFS are enabled on your system, could
you please send us outputs of the following commands:
For SELinux:
sestatus -v
and for CageFS:
/usr/sbin/cagefsctl --cagefs-status
/usr/sbin/cagefsctl --list-enabled
Alternatively, you may try to reinstall MagicSpam in your system and let us know if that resolves the issue.
Please note that all your MagicSpam settings will be preserved after the re-installation.
