why i have emails blocks with the list 41, if i have off the list in configuration?

I have resolved my problem.

If I modify the rules of admin, this is not modify for the customers, I need to go to every customer domain and set the rules

Thank you for the update.

It appears that you are using the Pro version of MagicSpam.

You are correct that, in the MagicSpam Pro version, the MagicSpam interface and settings are also available to your customers. Your customers are able to enable anti-spam rules that are not already enabled by you in the main root/Administrator level's MagicSpam interface settings.
