Problem w/ License key on Network Solutions Plesk

Hello There,

We just purchased a MagicSpam license (standard) for use with our VPS hosting package at Network Solutions. Every time I try to enter the license key that we received into "Install a License Key" in the Plesk 12 interface, it says it is invalid.

I've also tried going to the Application Vault to add MagicSpam, it says it's downloading, but does nothing.

Any thoughts?

Hello Tim,

Thank you for your post.

To install MagicSpam, please visit the Plesk Extensions Catalog.
You'll find it under "Server Mangement" -> "Extensions".
Find MagicSpam in the catalog and click the Install button.

Once installed, click MagicSpam in the list of extensions to access the administration interface
where you'll be able to input your license key.
