Hello Terry,

Thank you for your post.

In this case, since the sending server's IP address is not listed in the usual RBLs, you can find the email in the MagicSpam Logs, click it and select "Block IP" to reject any future messages from this server.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

ps. Is your MagicSpam interface working correctly now?

Hello Terry,

Thank you for the update.

We are pleased to inform you that our developers have updated the latest MagicSpam PRO Beta packages with a fix for this issue.
Please be aware that as this is a BETA release, the software is not guaranteed to work out of the box.
Our developers have done their best to get the software to what they believe is a working state, but your mileage may vary.

If you do choose to upgrade your MagicSpam PRO package, please let us know if your issue has been resolved.

Note that you may need to click the 'Sync' button on the Packages page after updating.

Thank you for your patience!

"Access to this module is restricted" is now appearing for all pages when opening the Module?
Thank you,

Hello Terry,

We also responded to you via email but we wanted to post our answer here for anyone else who may encounter this issue.

Could you please try the following:
  • Launch MagicSpam interface from Extensions admin interface
  • Click on "Packages"
  • For each package listed with MagicSpam as 'On', click the 'Sync' button.
Please let us know what if any effect that has.

Thanks!
