An error occurred while inserting the records. (MINS_ERROR)
E-mail couldn't be sent. Error returned: authentication failure [SMTP: SMTP server does no support authentication (code: 250, response: Spam Protection provided by MagicSpam www.magicspam.com STARTTLS PIPELINING 8BITMIME)]. (EMAIL_FAILED)

This does not appear to be an issue with MagicSpam. It looks like the sender attempted to use authentication, but the receiving server didn't know how to handle the request. It may be that the receiving server is not configured to use authentication.
