How do I block?

There will always be opinions, both good and bad on how MagicSpam protection, rules and policies are used, and what the defaults should be. Different environments may have different needs. We try to find the perfect balance, and that is not always easy. Just remember that we have to satisfy millions of users.. not just one person.

Hello woodenfishnl,

Thank you for your post.

Since the domain portion of the sending address keeps changing, it makes this spammer particularly difficult to block.

Would you please send an email to support@magicspam.com and provide us with a screenshot of your MagicSpam logs showing a few of these uncaught spam entries.

With that information we are able to provide you with better recommendations for what can be done to block future messages from this spam source.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.
