Hello bcw, In those cases we suggest temporarily disabling the rule for reverse dns check rule (check_dynamic_dns_rule). In addition, running a local caching DNS server and making sure you have multiple entries in /etc/resolv.conf would help prevent this issue in the future. Thank you for the sugges...
